ORDER & SHIPPING

We usually take 1-3 days to pack and get your order ready to be shipped. Post that your order is fulfilled by our logistics partner. We have tied up with some of the fastest delivery services. They usually take 4-7 business days to deliver to your location.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email and sms providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

No, Currently we ship only in India.

If you want to order internationally, kindly contact us with your country name and your product requirement, and we will be glad to assist you!

There are two shipping methods available:

1. Flat Rate-It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver the package.

2. Express Shipping-It usually takes 2-4 Days to deliver your package.

RETURN & CANCELLATIONS

Since all our items are food items, we do not allow a return of the same.

In case the product got damaged in transit, Please record a video and Contact Us within 24hrs of Delivery.

Once order is placed it can only be cancelled before it gets shipped and a cancellation fee of Rs.80 will be charged. 

If you wish to change your order you can contact us before it gets packed.

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there’s something more specific you’d like to know please contact us. 

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again. 

All of our products are marked with a "best before date/expiry date". A best before date/expiry date refers to the quality, not safety. When this date has passed, it doesn't mean that the food will be unsafe to consume, but it might begin to lose its flavour and texture. The
majority of our products, especially products like candy, gum, chocolates, etc. usually have a long best before date/expiry date on them.
